EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP
SUNDAY | 9.08
10:00 | MEADOW BEHIND VILLA ROSA
What sets sound in motion? Where does the moment of ignition occur – in an object, a gesture, a relationship, or perhaps in the willingness to listen?
In this workshop, we will approach improvisation as a space for collective experimentation with sound, attention and presence. Together, we will explore how simple impulses develop into musical events and how they transform when we begin listening to one another. Using musical instruments alongside everyday objects, participants will take part in a guided group improvisation.
An important part of the workshop will be a reflective discussion focusing on the different stages of the experience – from individual choices to the emergence of a shared sonic process.
The workshop will be led by Marta Jawor and Michał Wdowikowski, psychologists. The session is creative and experiential in nature. It is not psychotherapy and should not be considered a substitute for psychological support.
We warmly invite you to join us.
