Zoi Mic
Zoi Mic (Facheroia) is a composer, DJ, and sound artist originally from Crimea, Ukraine, and based in Warsaw since 2014. Her practice spans music, performance, theatre, dance, and visual art, encompassing compositions for exhibitions, theatre productions, and video works alongside DJ sets and interdisciplinary collaborations. At the heart of her work lies the narrative potential of sound—its ability to shape dramaturgy, forge relationships, and evoke emotional connections that move beyond fixed genre boundaries.
Collaboration and collective practice are central to her artistic approach. For nine years, she was an active member of the Warsaw-based KEM collective, an experience that continues to inform her way of working across disciplines and communities. Her DJ sets are dynamic and unpredictable, guided by the logic of storytelling rather than stylistic allegiance, weaving together diverse sonic languages into immersive narrative journeys.
At Sanatorium of Sound, Zoi Mic will present a solo DJ set.
