Nets – a piece for tape, sheet of water and movement is a project that was created, as it were, in response to last year’s work carried out in Sokolowsk Sound healing rites.
“Nets tells the story of a well called Nimfeum. This is where the deep water courses of Sokolovsk meet. We want to present to you the world “underneath”. That world which is invisible but which we can perceive by clinging to it with our feet or ears. In Rites we focused on the world “above” and “in”. We climbed the walls of the forest and spent most of our time making nighttime recordings at the Brehmer Sanatorium. Now we invite you to look under the ground, under the crust.”
